These decadent Fudgy Chocolate Brownies are to die for.  I have never met anyone that doesn't like chocolate.  I find that chocolate makes everything better, at least for me it does.  These fudgy brownies can be topped with pecans, walnuts, chocolate ganache or just a big scoop of ice cream or a glass of milk.

Perfect for any occasion, easy and very satisfying.  Make sure you eat a piece because I'm sure everyone is going to want a second serving.

Brownies with Chocolate Ganache

I'm not sure who in the world does not like chocolate. I love anything that has chocolate in it..from cookies, cakes, pies and cheesecakes.  Today I want to show you how to make the perfect brownie.  This recipe is really easy to make and so delicious. Don't forget to get some vanilla ice cream to go with it.

 Brownie Ingredients

3/4 cup Flour
1/4 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/3 cup Butter
1/2 cup Sugar
2 tbsp Water
12 oz Chocolate chips; semi-sweet
1 tsp Vanilla
2 Eggs

Chocolate Ganache Ingredients

8 oz semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, at room temperature

Brownie Instructions:

Preheat oven 350 Degrees F
Combine flour, baking soda and salt; set aside.  In microwave-safe mixing bowl, combine butter, sugar and water. Cook for 2 minutes, stirring after 1 minute. Remove from microwave.  Add 1 cup chocolate chips and vanilla and stir until smooth and chips are melted.  Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition. Blend in flour mixture and stir in remaining chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased 8 or 9 inch pan and bake in oven for about 25-30 minutes. Insert a toothpick to make sure it comes out clean before taking out.
Chocolate Ganache Instruction:
Place chocolate in a medium heatproof bowl; set aside.  Place cream in a small saucepan over medium heat and bring to a simmer. Pour over chocolate and let stand until chocolate has softened, about 5 minutes.
Add butter and stir until smooth. Pour over Brownie...Enjoy with some vanilla ice cream!
