Happy Hour: Pomegranate Cosmo

It's Friday!!!  have a relaxing drink this evening after a long day at work.  Try this Pomegranate Cosmopolitan, you won't be disappointed.  This recipe will be nice for the holidays, specially Christmas.  The pomegranate gives the drink this beautiful champagne color.

  The pomegranate seeds gives it a nice look.  I love this drink!!

If you are having company over, I'm sure they are going to enjoy this drink. 

This is a really nice drink. I can only have about a couple and that's it.  Enjoy responsibly!!

Ingredients

4 tbsp vodka, citron

2 tbsp Cointreau or other orange liqueur

3/4 tsp fresh lime juice

4 tbsp pomegranate juice

pomegranate seeds for garnishing

Combine vodka, orange liqueur, lime juice, and pomegranate juice in a cocktail shaker over ice; shake. Pour into a chilled cocktail glass; garnish with pomegranate seeds.
